Does augLab add a markup on LLM or provider usage?
No. augLab is built around bring-your-own-keys (BYOK), which means your agents call model and tool providers with credentials you supply, and invoices for tokens or API usage go directly to those vendors. Your subscription covers the augLab platform—builder, orchestration, observability, governance, and hosting—not a hidden margin on inference. This keeps your unit economics predictable and lets you swap providers whenever a new model fits your quality or budget needs.
What happens if I exceed my monthly run allowance?
We monitor run consumption against your plan limits to protect platform stability and fair use. If you approach your cap, you will see in-product notices so you can pause non-critical schedules or upgrade before users hit a hard stop. When a limit is reached, new runs may be queued or blocked until the next cycle or until you move to a higher tier. If you expect seasonal spikes, Business and Enterprise include more headroom and team workflows designed for bursty production traffic.
Can I change plans without rebuilding my agents?
Yes. Upgrades unlock higher limits and features on the same workspace, so you keep agents, workflows, knowledge corpora, and credentials intact. Downgrades may require you to reduce resources—such as archiving agents or shrinking schedules—to fit the new caps, and we surface clear guidance before anything disruptive happens. Billing changes are prorated according to your subscription settings in Stripe, and you can self-serve plan moves from the billing page whenever your growth trajectory shifts.
How does Business pricing work with seats?
Business includes a base platform fee plus per-seat charges for additional collaborators beyond the bundled allocation, which lets you align cost with the number of people actively governing agents and approvals. Seats typically map to humans who need org-wide visibility, shared credentials management, or approval responsibilities rather than end-users chatting with a widget. If you are unsure how to map your roster, sales can review your org chart and recommend the cleanest packaging before you commit.
When should we choose Enterprise instead of Business?
Enterprise is the right fit when legal, security, or procurement requirements go beyond standard SaaS terms—think HIPAA workflows, bespoke data retention windows, single sign-on with advanced policies, private networking, or custom integrations into legacy systems. You still get everything in Business—including MCP, approval gates, and unlimited core automation capacity—but Enterprise layers contractual SLAs, solution engineering, and optional dedicated infrastructure.
